Dr. Margaret Chan, the director of the World Health Organization (WHO) directs ALL countries to activate their Pandemic Preparedness Plan IMMEDIATELY !
Dr. Chan explains that the control of the disease and treatment in affluent countries is adequate and working, however she warns that the severity will be much greater in developing countries that do not have the ability to respond as quickly as the richer countries.
